Ingilizce tanimlama
var:
"Amputation"
is a Latin word. It is a kind of surgery. It covers
issues concerning
cutting off and throwing away of fingers, hands,
arms, legs, ears in
the organism: intentional unnecessary surgery in
certain body parts."
Bu sözcügün Latince
sekli "amputatio" (kesip atma, budama) ve "amputo"
(kesmek, budamak)
seklinde veriliyor. Sözcük iddia edildigi gibi pek
te Latin asilli
degil. Zira, "amputatio" sözcügünü "AM-PU-TA-TI-O"
seklinde hecelerine
ayirip "PU-TA-MA-TI-O" seklinde yeniden
düzenledigimizde
Türkçenin "PUTAMADI O" ("budamadi o") deyimi ile
karsilasiyoruz.
Ayni sekilde "amputo" (==> "AM-PU-TO") Türkçe
"PU-TA-MA"
("budama") deyiminden yapilmis oldugu görülüyor.
Bu da gösteriyor ki
"Latince" diye bilinen bu sözcükler aslinda
Türkçeden alinip,
kirilip ve yeniden yapilandirilarak "Latince" denen
yapma dile mal
edilmis ve Türkçeye yabancilastirilmislartir.
"Amputation"
için yukarida verilen tanimlama ile Türkçenin
"putamati-o"
insanlarin ellerinin, kollarinin, ayaklarinin, vs.
kesilip atilmasi da
insanin budanmasidir.
Bu durum
karsisinda, Ingilizce "amputation" (=> "AM-PU-TA-TION")
sözcügü de, Türkçe
"-sun" takisinin "-shun" => "-tion" seklinde
degisimi ile,
Türkçenin "PU-TA-MA-SON" ("BUDAMASUN") deyiminden
kirilarak yapilmis
oldugu görülüyor. Ayni sekilde, "amputate" =>
("AM-PU-TA-TE")
Türkçe "PU-TA-MA-ET" ("budama et") deyiminden, ve
"amputator"
(=> "AM-PU-TA-T-O-R") Türkce "PU-TA-MA-eTeR-O"
("budama
eder o")
deyiminden kirilarak yapilmis olduklari açiktir.
Bu analizden, Roma
Imparatorlugu zamanida (çok olasilikla en az M.Ö.
birinci bin yilda)
Türkçenin bu günkü kadar gelismis oldugunun inkâr
edilemez bir gerçek
oldugu tas üzerine kazilmis bir yazitin okunusu

UNPRECENDENTED CASE
WITH AZERBAIJANI CHILDREN
Http://www.azerigenocide.org
Sahil Information
and Research Center presents a new information taken
from the Armenian
Terrorism date base. We call everyone to state
his/her opinion in
our forum and pass this information to worldwide
center for crimes
against humanity.
Human trafficking
in Nagorno Karabakh Armenians sold the inner body
organs of Azerbaijani
children to foreigners.
According to the
information available, at 16:00 on 24th of December
1999 an Iranian
"Peykan" bus passing with no trouble through the
frontier point of
Jabrail stopped in Khankendi. Strange as it may
seem, among those
who met the bus was also a diplomat of the self-
styled republic
Naira Melkumyan.
Amputation rooms
The day following a
French political scientist named Zhirak
Albertyan, who was
working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the
self-styled
republic granted 28 thousand US dollars as a "gift" of "a
charity
society" to Sergo Ovanesyan one of the leaders of "Advantis",
which gained a name
of the charity organization of the Armenians in
Khankendi and
joined the group of those, who were taking part in
sending "the
cargo" to Yerevan. [Yerevan. Review of the charity
organization
"Adventis". 1999. XII-29. page. 14. Review is published
in 4 languages.]
On 21st of February
2000 the president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan's
notes were heard.
The president gave the authorization to the
country's ministers
of national security and of defense, minister of
internal affairs,
the head of Special Military Department:, minister
of foreign affairs
and the mayor of Yerevan, that necessary
assistance be
provided for the international cultural and charity
society
"Advantis" and its representative S.Ovanesyan. (Armyanskiy
vestnik" -
2000. III.3. page 9)
To supervise all of
these efforts one of the generals of the Ministry
of Defense Avik
Khachaturyan was given authority. Children were
provided with food,
cars, clothing and shelter via Ministry of
Defense. It was
like this at appearance. Because all affairs were
supervised by S.
Ovanesyan himself, beginning from financing ending
with negotiations.
For disabled and invalid children four people were
deployed from
military hospitals of Yerevan. An average aged doctor-
surgeon named Lella
Bagdasarovna was appointed head of this group.
Salary money was
allocated for her: 75 dollars per day:
[A.Khachaturyan.
"Armenian charity"- 2000. III-26 Moscow.
"Sovetskaya
Rossiya" newspaper. Page 2.]
These children, who
got depraved of the rights to return to normal
life and live as
humans were awaiting Lella Baqdasarova's "amputation
rooms".
"Amputation"
is a Latin word. It is a kind of surgery. It covers
issues concerning
cutting off and throwing away of fingers, hands,
arms, legs, ears in
the organism: intentional unnecessary surgery in
certain body parts.
"Cultural
programs" were also prepared for Lella Bagdasarovna. On 4th
of March on the
second floor of the military hospital works were
stopped. The
crippled and disabled children were led through
the
"amputation rooms" in turns. Alik Mansyevich Arsenyan, 55 years
old man, who
presented himself member of "Motherland" society of
Armenia,
emissaries, who had come from France and Syria, Jan Frnases
Klod, born in 1948,
known under the name of "doctor" 63 years old
Saleh Gasim
Abdullah, who dealt with city building matters also took
part in the
process:documentation was again underway. Because the
number of the children
increased from 22 to 38. 16 children,
who joined the
group in Yerevan were from 9 to 12 years old. These
children, however,
were the children, who several years ago
with
"Ararat" and "Armenian Crescent" illegal organizations
joined
their parents on the
way from Zengilan, Fizuli, Jabrail, Agdam: to
Galeybar region
fleeing from war and the bullets of the Armenians.
Some of these
children lost speech and minds. Some of them were
beaten while
crossing the frontiers, some died because of hunger and
thirst and cold on
the way. First years they joined the parents in
begging, walking in
Hurand, Khumarly, Tazakand, Varzajan, Ahar, Germy
settlements of
South Azerbaijan (Iran) and earning their living. But
those who had lost
their parents took refuge in local mosques and
found shelter
there: Now 16 of them were brought to Yerevan
(Tehran.
"Iran" newspaper. 2000. III-4. page 3.)
One of the
interesting facts is that this strange and "humanist"
interest of the
Armenians in the crippled and disabled children of
Azerbaijan was
written in letters addressed to different places in
Azerbaijan: The
letters were signed by Eyyub Xatirnejat, Firdovsi
Marandim, who were
dealing with minor issues of trade of Iran. After
that these people
were prohibited to deal with trade with Yerevan and
Baku.
Crippled
Azerbaijani children
As a result of our
quest we could get the names of some of our
children lead
though the "amputation rooms", although some of these
names are not
complete.
1. Hasanova Zehra
d/o Murshid (Gubadly)
2. Gahramanov
Elchin s/o oglu (Gubadly)
3. Zehniyev Hasan
s/o Almurad oglu (Zangilan)
4. Safarova Aytekin
--- (Gubadly)
5. Nagiyev Khurshid
s/o Aflatun (Jabrail)
6. Balabeyov
Janishin s/o Ahmadaga (Zangilan)
7. Mammadova
Zarintaj d/o (Zangilan)
In gathering these
people into one place special efforts were
undertaken by the
illegal "Armenian Cresent", its leader, former
military officer
Yego Saaktyan. (Isfahan. "Ararat" newspaper of the
Armenian community,
2000. IV-3) The fate of the children, whose faces
and bodies were
made unrecognizable, who lost speech, sight and
hearing ability,
who move in wheelchairs for the rest of their lives
are still unclear:
According to other
information we got, in Nairi region of Armenia
(about 1,5 km. in
the south) in Lusoker town (near "Sevan" lake), on
the territory of
Dilijan: there is a special market for selling to
foreign businessmen
of women and girls, crippled, wheel-chaired
children who had
been taken hostage during 1992-1993.
Officials of
Azerbaijan demanded the rest of the hostages, the
Armenian side,
however, claimed it had released all of them. From the
Armenian side
expert Afik Ashotyan on 16 February 2000 gave an
interview to
Artsakh (Khankendi) radio, that in the claims of
Azerbaijan there is
no document evidence and proof. Press secretary
of Ministry of
Defense, colonel Seyran Shahsuyaryan claims in "Mond"
newspaper that the
issue of "Azerbaijani hostage" ought to be
forgotten: (2000.
IX-24. page 3)
On 19 March 2000 in
the night of Novruz holiday general Avik
Khachaturyan
together with Serqo
Avanesyan visited and brought holiday gifts to the
disabled children,
placed in the Treatment Center for mentally sick
persons in Yerevan.
For these children, who had forgotten the world,
lost
their names, had
their memories pricked by a thousand kinds of
needles,
who took needless
medications, medicines three times a day.
According to the
inquiries we had done, the children were not allowed
to
Paris. They were
divided right in the airport into four groups
according
to the rules set
beforehand (this efforts were being undertaken by an
illegal group
"Echmiadzin" in Paris). The same evening 23 of the
children
under the
leadership of a businessman Saleh Gasim Abdullah "took a
start"
to Syria on a
Paris-Damascus plane. In Damascus, however, the children
were divided into
Turkey and Germany groups.
Back in February
"Criminal chronicle" newspaper in Moscow wrote: ":In
the
course of the
national conflicts hundreds of thousand of children lost
parents, their
homes and shelters. They became orphaned and lonely.
In SIC
countries this
tragedy was encountered mostly in Azerbaijan,
Tajikistan,
Moldova, Georgia,
Kazakhstan: Uzbekistan, Kyrgizstan. These abandoned
or
taken hostage
children were sold and bought by different groups and
unions,
"amputated", were turned into "begging business" or a source
of
income in the
surgical rooms specialised in the field of cutting off
and
selling body organs:
In Moscow and
Krasnodar: each of the crippled and disabled children,
whose
nationalities are
unknown and who "work" in "begging business" brings
200
dollars or
additional 400-450 thousand roubles to his or her "master":
Their
"amputation rooms" are located in resorts of Chexov region:
("Criminal
chronicles" newspaper. 2000. 4 February, page 2.)
The Armenians sold
human body organs
The German Federal
Inelegance Service (BND) on 16 November 2000 sent 6
pages report to the
head of state. The report, which is "raising the
alarm", points
out: ":We have obtained information and documents about
"doctor-criminals"
on the territory of Germany from Russian
Federation and
SIC countries.
These groups are involved in purchasing and selling
healthy
organs of children
and elderly people by illegal means. Some of these
children are
brought into Germany by Armenian, Georgian and Chechen
"businessmen".
They are the people, who have been lost and taken
hostage
in the course of
wars: Inelegance services of Russian Federation and
other
SIC countries show
helplessness and weakness in the matter": (Berlin.
"Morgen"
newspaper. 2000. XI-16. page. 4)
According to the
inquiries, after this material came out in
Kazakhstan,
Moldova and
Kyrgizistan "Joint Operative Group" was established on 13
December 2000.
Parliamentary commissions dealing with national
security
issues enacted
special laws. Security Council of Uzbekistan held a
special
meeting in this
regard and adopted a decision:.
As far as
Azerbaijan is concerned, its children, crippled and disabled
sons and daughters
are wandering in the streets, corners, squares and
markets as
"children of Abdullah", begging, earning money for
Abdullah.
While we
investigated the illegal "Armenian Crescent" organization we
came
across a strange
scene. In Lebanon, Damascus, Shusha, Ankara, Isfahan,
Cologne, Marseille:
"Armenian Crescent's" permanent "employee"
received
470 dollars for a
boy child and 530 dollars for a girl child given to
Abdullah. Abdullah,
on the other hand, takes 75-90 dollars from each
child
everyday. As far as
his groups are concerned, two of these groups are
active in Beirut,
one is in Baku, one is active in Diyarbakir under
the
name of
"Abdullah's children", with the help of their local assistants
they build their
"business". For each of his assistants Abdullah's
servants allocated
110-120 dollars.
Orphanage houses
In
"Al-Jamahir-al-arabiyya" daily newspaper in Aleppo an editorial
article
"Abdullah's
children" was printed. The article said: ":Sheik Abdullah
has
no children.
However, there are numerous crippled and disabled
children
scattered in
gorgeous markets of Damascus and in streets of Aleppo,
whose
names is:
"Abdullah's children". Some of them sleep in wheelchairs:
stretching out his
crippled, cut fingered begging hand, some of them
ask
for help showing
his cut arm, lame legs: It is impossible to pass by
them
easily. Willy-nilly
you want to help them:" (Aleppo.
"Al-Jamahir-Al-Arabiyya"
newspaper. 1994. XII-20. page 4.)
Felix is a rare
name in Turkey. You don't have to labor much to find
this
name. If you ask
Ashraf Ipekchi, known under the pseudonym "usta"
stooping
and polishing shoes
at one of the corners of two-story building No.
16 not
far from Ataturk
airport, he will whisper without looking up at
you: ": he
is very cruel
person. When I tell the police (usta spends most of his
days
providing his
services to policemen walking around the airport -
R.N.).
Everybody looks at
me and smiles. I am not telling this to raise
laughter,
afandim: He has
beaten my brother to death:"
The shoemaker wrote
these lines also in his letter to head of the
management of the
airport on 11 February 2001, at 13 o'clock. Then he
addressed one of
those letters to the ambassador of Azerbaijan to
Turkey
M.Novruzov, which
says: ":Mister Ambassador! My effendi: my brother
(the
expressions in the
letter are left without changes), an Armenian named
Felix Agayan is
involved in child trafficking. Some of these children
became crippled,
and were doomed to begging in streets and ways. Why
don't
you ask who are
those children? They are the children: crippled and
disabled children,
who have been taken hostage from Azerbaijan by a
villain, an
Armenian, who veiled the eyes of the Turkish polce (?):
The letter
addressed to the diplomatic corps has not been responded
yet.
Life of the
grandchild Felix Agayan, who in the past learned the
admonitions of his
grandfather and read through the book "My nation:
my
conscience:"(the
book was published in Damascus in November of 1908.
It is
about the
Armenians).
As we found out,
the grandchild Felix Agayan's grandfather Felix
Agayan,
was elected to the
Iranian parliament as a representative of the
Armenian
community of Iran.
It is he, who pronounced the first curse and
accusations
addressed to Azerbaijan:.
Felix Agayan
(Junior) was born in 1946 in Isfahan. In 1974 he was the
head
of
"Brotherhood" society of Armenians. Because of its illegal
activity the
organization's
(with the help of Tehran security forces) Head-
Quarters was
destroyed, the
activity was prohibited. In 1983 F. Agayan (junior) was
sent to the
Istanbul branch of "Babayan and his company" construction
company for
working. However, when he was on the way to Istanbul he
was
already one of the
chairmen of the "Armenian Crescent" organization,
which
was active
illegally in 8 counties.
This organization,
in its turn, signed a contract about a joint
program
with
"Advantis" Armenian center in 1992. The main objective of
Agayan-Ovanesyan
relations was obvious: "Azerbaijan and Azerbaijanis".
According to the
information, within a short period Agayan Jr. with
the
help of one of the
activists of the Armenian community of Ankara Shahi
Danisyan makes
business contacts and works with the pro-Armenian
officials
of Turkish governmental
and state structures.
Behind all of these
stood the security of Agayan Jr.
On 26 July 1999
founded organizations named "Armenian Crescent" with
unclear objectives
and principles in Diyarbakir, Istanbul, Adana.
One of the centers
(Diyarbakir) was supervised by a retired mayor
named
Gleb Danilovich
Badalyan, who from 1983 till 1986 had worked in the
division dealing
with juvenile criminals of a Yerevan-based police
station. In the
past in 1984 the former officer participated
(sponsored by
the Ministry of
Interior Affairs) in scientific conference held in
Baku.
This personality,
who is fluent in Azerbaijani is ideologist of both
this
organization and
"Great Armenia". Nowadays, "Badalyan wing"
of "Armenian
Crescent" is
widely used. On 2 November 1999 G. Badalyan meets a woman
named Fazila
Sadigova, who had left Baku in 1989 and settled in
Diyarbakir
and "got
stuck" there for work. At that time Fazila had given birth
to an
illegitimate child.
But financial difficulties, moral oppression
destroyed
all of Fazila's
hopes and forced her to start begging. Back streets
and
blind alleys of
Turkey made this woman, who had been beaten, abused in
streets, whose face
and neck have been scratched with a knife and
whose
braid was
scissors-chopped unrecognizable. (Often times she would
come up
in front of people
coming from Baku, stretch her hand to beg, beseech
help
for going back to
homeland: But she was cast out).
On 19 November 1999
Gleb Badalyan as a merciful man buys Fazila's
child
(two years old
Nigar). In return Badalyan gives her 20 dollars and
lets
her know that if
she gives birth again, he is ready to buy her child.
[Diyarbakir.
"Police folder", created for newcomers in 1999-2000. Page
114].
>From that time
on Nigar joins Badalyan's orphans. Today one can meet
"Badalyan's
orphans" (in fact there is no one of Armenian origin among
them) very often in
streets of Istanbul and Ankara. You don't have to
look
for them. Because
they come up themselves. Some of them come in
wheelchairs, some
of them crawling, some of them leaning on sticks,
they
cry for money: they
beg for living.
Toddlers made
beggars by force
According to the
information given by an official of Istanbul
Municipal
Office on 14 June
2001, the leader of "Armenian Crescent" Gleb
Badalyan's
"orphans"
were begging in 19 places in southern part of the city. 12
of
them are
Azerbaijanis, 5 - Chechens, 2 - of Russian nationality
(information based
upon the letter of complaint dated 2 May 2001 of
the
businessman Yavuz
Yapinji to the Istanbul Municipal Office). The
majority
of these sold and
bought children have been lead through
the "amputation
rooms". The
diplomatic corps in Istanbul is also informed about
"Badalyan's
orphans" - crippled and disabled children too much
exhausted
to speak or say a
word, living corpses. Inquiries addressed to the
Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Turkey have been made by the Embassy of
Russian Federation
three times (2001), the Embassy of Germany two
times
(2001), the Embassy
of Kazakhstan four times (2001).
"Begging
business" enriched the account of the Armenian officer Gleb
Badalyan in the
Turkish "Impash" bank. According to the information,
on 5
January 2000
Badalyan via the "Armenian Crescent" transferred 13
thousand
680 dollars, in
December of 2001 17 thousand dollars to Tehran and
Artsakh
(Khankendi)
divisions of "Adventis" Armenian organization.
During three months
(November, December 1994), (January 2001) Gleb
Badalyan attracted
into "Armenian Crescent", known in the municipal
and
media documents as
"charity" organization, 2 years old son of Asmat
Javadova (Shamkir),
6 years old girl of Zemfira Abushova (Tovuz), 3
years
old
born-with-defects son of Afsana Dadashova (Lenkoran), 5 years old
crippled son of
Arif Shiriyeva (Imishli): The above mentioned persons
had
come to Turkey to
trade, to earn their living and could not return to
the
Motherland, they
became involved in minor thefts and got caught into
police
establishments. This time he wrote to "Advantis" organization
that
he had spent 1 890
dollars for this work.
According to the
information, on 21st of January 2000 Gleb Badalyan
was
joined by the
retired officer of Turkish origin Damir Osmanoglu, who
had
served in the
Turkish Navy in 1986-1989. He took part in transporting
the
children from one
place to another, in putting in order of internal
rules
and guidelines.
Gleb Badalyan, on the other hand, was involved in
collecting the cash
gathered by the crippled, dumb children in
wheelchairs
begging for money
in different yards, train stations and markets. Each
child had to give
80-85 dollars daily. That was the cost of their
living.
A childe who did
not give that amount was punished and beaten.
On 24 February
"Zhamanak" newspaper, published in Armenian contained a
photo picture of a
naked woman corpse. This woman corpse was found
near
one of the stops
for inter-district buses on 22 February 2000. The
newspaper reported
that in the picture was Fazila Sadigova, who had
come
from Baku to his
brothers for food and a job. Then this picture was
published in a
disgusting state in Yerevan. And on 20 March the same
picture was printed
in Beirut - "Aztaq" newspaper: That was an end of
one
